Placing an order.

This couldn’t be easier via our on-line shop at: www.brianrecommendsdogtreats.co.uk

Simply follow the online ordering instructions. You will receive updates via email when your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.

 Payment.

For orders via our on-line shop, we must receive full, cleared payment before your order is despatched. For our & your security, credit or debit card holders are subject to validation. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Cancellation or change of order.

You have an unconditional right to cancel your order, or make changes to it, until your order has been shipped.

 Delivery.

We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days & will inform you by email on the progress of your order.

 Delivery Charges. 

£3.99 Courier, free delivery for orders over £30, free local deliver (W12) by consultation.

 Returning Products.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of our products & would like either an exchange or refund for an item(s) please inform us via email, letting us know your order number & reason for the refund/exchange. 

Any returns need to be sent to us within 5 days from their receipt when we will confirm with you if you require an exchange or a refund. Any returned items must be sealed, unopened & in a resalable condition.

 Our Product Guarantee.

We endeavour to provide our customers with quality products & service. Our products are natural and as such may have individual variations in size and shape. In some instances, when a product is sold in multiple pieces, there may be more than stated if the individual bits are a smaller size.

On receipt of your order please inspect it & let us know about any faulty or damaged items within 5 days. We will then send you a replacement product or a full refund. Please do not return any products without previously notifying us.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

 Pricing.

The price on our website, which are inclusive of VAT, are subject to variation without notice, although we will always honour the product price when an order is placed.
